Check-In
Parents/students preregister for this event using Google Forms. Parent/guardian approval is required for attendance. The night of the event students check-in at the entrance of the school receiving their T-Shirt & group color for the evening. To help ensure safety this is a lock-in style event and participants should not leave the premises without parents/guardians having contacted the Advisor. |
Homemade/
Catered Supper The goal is to provide students with a healthy, fun, semi-formal sit down meal. Tables are adorned with center-pieces that match the year's theme. This promotes fellowship and communication. |

Presenter Rotations The main goal of this event is to Enlighten, Empower, & Encourage young girls; a goal that is not possible without the help of confident, successful professionals from the Watertown & Surrounding Communities. Our presenters share a passion for Enlightening, Empowering, & Encouraging young girls! |
Small/Large Group
Small groups serve as a time for participants to meet, greet, & get to know fellow Middle School Girls. Groups are led by Female Educators within the Watertown School District. Ice breaker activities are provided to group leaders. Students and Leaders may take this time to discuss guest presenter messages. Large groups are a time for unstructured fun & comradery. |
Closing & Door Prizes
The final large group session is reserved for concluding the night with feedback, thank you's and door prizes. The participants are automatically entered to win door prizes. Prizes are generously donated by local businesses and parents. T-Shirts & Groups
T-shirts are a very important part of our Event. All participants For one evening, we all look the same, promoting unity. It is about building relationships and getting to know people for their personality not because or socioeconomic status. Girls are grouped at random this allows the girls the opportunity to meet new people and step outside their comfort zone. |
